Hexagons and HST
Stayed in and sewed today...Cut with my GO Baby some large hexies, 5", and some half sq triangles at 2-1/2" to finish at 4-1/2" block...Have quite a few blocks of the 4 patch and these hst will go with them. We are swapping on the list. Sewgoodfriends.........
I am making a topper and have 12 more hexies to add to this..all chicken prints, in green and also the red of the center....I want to cut some of the 3" hexies that are on the same die as the 5"....bet they would make a better placemat size. These 5" cuts are pretty big.......
More tomorrow...to be 90...

Hi , me again!!!
Warm here....I like windows open but with this heat and humidity, no way can I do that.
Mopped the kitchen and swept the breezeway today and did a bit of the bathroom floor..It is soo small that doesn't take long.
Did not sew today. Tomorrow will try to straighten up my room again so I can really do something. My craft table is a mess...Been painting on canvas and I have some whimsical birds I want to do next after the giraffes I made for grkids.
BD coming up Fri and we are going for steak.....I have a few coupons from the net from different places giving me a free dinner or dessert, so will use them before they expire.
No pictures today. Maybe tomorrow if I remember.....going to be 77 on Friday...hubby is 80..so we are seniors...second time in my life I was a senior!!! lol
Kitties are adorable as usual. Maggie, the calico, is spoiled rotten by me of course.....just a sweet little girl.....

Almost 2 yrs ago I posted......my how time flys...
But do have a few things to show.....
Quilts, big ones and little mug rug cats......4 patches, and our newest addition to our family...Adopted these 2 Dec 20th, 2014..They are the best thing we had done in a long time...love them to pieces..they have brought laughter and love into our home.....
